On 30 November this year, at the National Institute of Justice (NIJ), was held the seminar entitled “Practical Aspects on the Enforcement of Intellectual Property Law”.

The aim of the seminar was to continue the training and retraining of personnel in the field of justice, a desideratum resulting from the Action Plan for the years 2015-2017 on the implementation of the National Intellectual Property Strategy until 2020.

The event agenda included several topics, focused primarily on the legal regulation of the exclusive right on trademarks and copyright and related rights. Presentations were treated through the prism of national judicial practice, and participants had the opportunity to comment on several case studies.
