On September, 15 and 16 this year in the Ministry of Justice of Republic Kazakhstan took place the XI meeting of the mixed working Committee of the states - members of the Agreement on cooperation in fight against violations in the field of the intellectual property.

Representatives of the Republic of Armenia, Byelorussia, Republic of Kazakhstan, Republic of Kyrghyzstan, Republic of Moldova, the Russian Federation, Republic of Tadjikistan and Ukraine   participated in the Committee.

Republic Moldova was represented by Mr. D.Kiroshka, Deputy of general director AGEPI.

Mr. Nikolay Kaplan  plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation, the Chief councillor  of Federal Agency of legal protection of the intellectual activity results of military, special and dual purpose within  the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation presided on the meeting .
