Show how we can build a better future with innovation, creativity and intellectual property in a 90-second video and win great prizes!

The World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) invites young people between 18-35 years old to participate in a video competition entitled: We are young and innovative. Let’s build a better future with IP!

The competition is organized in the context of World Intellectual Property Day, marked annually on April 26 and which this year is dedicated to young people.

Participants in the competition can win digital equipment of their choice worth up to CHF 5,000 and many other great prizes. Winners will be selected through an online public vote and will be announced on World Intellectual Property Day. Young people can participate in the competition both individually and in groups. The deadline to enter the competition is March 11, 2022.

In the videos, no more than 90 seconds, participants will inform the public about how innovative solutions, supported by intellectual property rights are tackling a given challenge of great concern for young people, for example: climate change, global health, sustainable living, youth empowerment, etc.
