On 19 November this year, at the International Center “MOLDEXPO” will be inaugurated the thirteenth edition of International Specialized Exhibition “INFOINVENT-2013”.

Organized by the State Agency on Intellectual Property (AGEPI), Academy of Sciences of Moldova, Agency for Innovation and Technology Transfer (AITT) and IEC “Moldexpo” J.S.C., the event will run until 22 November this year.

The opening ceremony of the ISE “INFOINVENT-2013” will take place at 11.00 in the Central Pavilion of the IEC “Moldexpo” J.S.C.

The inauguration ceremony will be attended by the Vice-Chairman of the Republic of Moldova Parliament Liliana Palihovici, Vice Prime Minister Valeriu Lazar, Minister of Economy of the Republic of Moldova, AGEPI Director General Lilia Bolocan, President of the Academy of Sciences of Moldova Gheorghe Duca, President of the International Exhibition of Inventions in Geneva Jean-Luc Vincent, Director General of the Agency for Innovation and Technology Transfer Roman Chirca, Director General of the IEC “Moldexpo” J.S.C. Arcadie Andronic, researchers and inventors, innovative enterprises and young creators from the Republic of Moldova, Romania, Italy, Slovenia, Estonia, Republic of Belarus, China, etc.

At the same time, on 19 November, at 14.00 will take place the opening of the Innovation Conference entitled “The Role of Innovations for the Sustainable Development of the Country” (Wine House, 1, Ghioceilor Str., IEC “Moldexpo”), organized by AGEPI, AITT and ASM under the patronage of the Ministry of Economy. The conference will also be held on 20 November this year.

According to the Exhibition Program, on 21 November this year, starting at 11.00, will take place the ceremony of awarding the laureates of the ISE “Infoinvent”.

On 21 November this year, starting at 13:00, in the conference hall of the Central Pavilion of the IEC “Moldexpo” J.S.C., 2nd floor, will take place the Stock of Inventions and New Technologies from various technology domains.

On Friday, 22 November this year, starting at 10.00, in the conference hall of the Central Pavilion of the IEC “Moldexpo” J.S.C., 2nd floor, will take place the round table “The Role of Creative Industries for Economic Development of the Country”, organized by AGEPI in cooperation with the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Culture.

Since the first edition of the ISE “INFOINVENT”, held in 1997, to date, over 3,500 inventions were presented for assessment to visitors and the International Jury, being initiated dozens of partnerships whose purpose is the achievements in the field of intellectual property.
