The database “Inventions”, managed by the State Agency on Intellectual Property (AGEPI), has been completed with a new functionality. It is about the time axis that offers a unique possibility for the interested persons to follow the stages of the patent application examination process, as well as the validity of the patent.

The purpose of publishing such information is to ensure the transparency of AGEPI’s activity, as well as to facilitate the rapid access of applicants, owners or other interested persons, in the simplest possible way, to the information held by AGEPI, in particular with regard to procedures carried out in connection with an invention. It is also possible to quickly determine the status of the patent (valid, revoked and invalid) at the time the information is viewed.

We would remind you that similar monitoring tools have already been successfully implemented for other industrial property objects, namely: trademarks, industrial designs.
