The International Exhibition of Inventions, Techniques and New Products in Geneva with an annual average of over 700 exhibitors fr om 45 countries and over 60 000 visitors - is the most prestigious international event in the field of inventions. The 38 th Salon will take place in April 21-25, 2010 in the exhibition center “Palexpo”, under the high patronage of WIPO, the Swiss Confederation, Switzerland's State Council, and of several national and international organizations.

Each year, about 1. 000 of original inventions are exhibited here by industrial and commercial enterprises, state institutions and organizations, researchers and inventors around the world.

The Salon is an opportunity meeting for investors, manufacturers and economic agents, but also a place wh ere the public is invited to discover technologies that will facilitate their life in near future.

Besides the interest in finding partners, exhibitors are given the opportunity of putting their inventions, judged by an international jury. The most relevant innovations will be mentioned with 52 special awards, among which the most coveted - the Grand Prix of the Salon.
