In the frame of the cession with the patent attorneys taking place on 02.04.09 the patent attorneys made proposals referring the effective regulation of their activity and dissemination of information on activity thereof with the aim to implicate the public in the procedure of granting the IPO protection, as well as to respect the legislation on the access to the information.

On the assumption of the mentioned proposals, AGEPI Administration has facilitated the opportunities of the patent attorneys interested in the dissemination and placing the information on activity thereof on the web page AGEPI (the order of the Director General No. 46 of 24.04.09) under the “Banner” form.

The Banner will be placed on the web page AGEPI in order to attract the potential clients to the rendered services and formation the image to the person rendering services, opportunity to the client to make his own Web page of the patent attorney.

The banner may be static or dynamic and represents a hyperlink to the personal web page of the patent attorney (address, phone, fax, etc.) or the information from the list of the patent attorney on the web page AGEPI.

The banner shall be elaborated by the patent attorney and represent a rectangle with the dimensions of 195x60 pixels.

In order to reimburse the costs related to placement and regulation of this information, it is necessary to transmit monthly the fee of 500 Leis on the AGEPI account.
