On the occasion of Europe Day, event that will be registered in the Republic of Moldova during the entire month of May, the State Agency on Intellectual Property of the Republic of Moldova (AGEPI), along with other ministries and agencies in the country, organizes a series of events designed to promote the idea of ​​European integration, the necessity of adopting the values ​​and awareness of the benefits granted by the membership of the European family.

Events dedicated to Europe Day will begin on May 7 in Chisinau, in the Great National Assembly Square, where will be inaugurated, with the support of the EU Delegation to Chisinau, the European Town. A similar European Town will also be inaugurated on May 14 in Balti. The actions in question will be attended by AGEPI specialists together with representatives of the office of the Twinning Project “Support to Implementation and Enforcement of Intellectual Property in the Republic of Moldova”, which started in November 2010.

For the purpose of disseminating information on the national intellectual property protection system in the context of celebration of the Europe Day in the Republic of Moldova, AGEPI library will organize a book fair titled “Intellectual Property - Green Paper on the Way to Europe”.
