The 2021 edition of the International Specialized Exhibition (ISE) INFOINVENT will be organized in virtual format. This is the decision of the Organizing Committee of ISE INFOINVENT convened by the State Agency on Intellectual Property (AGEPI), online, today, February 23, 2021.

The purpose of the meeting was to agree on the organizational aspects of the 17th edition of the ISE “INFOINVENT”, which will take place in the period 17-20 November 2021, especially in the context of the coronavirus pandemic crisis and the restrictions imposed by the authorities for carrying out socio-economic activities both locally and internationally.

The meeting was attended by members of the Organizing Committee of ISE “INFOINVENT”, representatives of AGEPI, Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure, Academy of Sciences of Moldova (ASM), International Exhibition Center (IEC) MOLDEXPO JSC, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Moldova, Agency for Research and Development (ANCD), National Agency for Quality Assurance in Education and Research (ANACEC).

During the meeting, the activities carried out by AGEPI in order to organize the 17th edition of the EIS “INFOINVENT” were reviewed and the aspects on which the activity of the Organizing Committee for a good organization and development of the exhibition will continue to focus are highlighted.

Given the epidemiological situation generated by the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19), the participants in the meeting unanimously agreed to hold this year’s edition of ISE INFOINVENT in online format and were willing to contribute to the successful organization of the exhibition in the new format.

Another topic discussed was the program of business events related to ISE “INFOINVENT”, which will include an International Innovation Conference and other interactive events to promote the importance and value of intellectual property and innovation for economic development of the country and increase the competitiveness of domestic products and services in the internal and external market, the entire program to be conducted online.

The International Specialized Exhibition “INFOINVENT” is a forum of intellectual property, creativity and innovation. The event is organized every two years and aims to promote research, innovation and development of new technologies, attract investment in innovation and technology transfer, develop international technical and scientific cooperation and create partnerships between academic and business sectors.
