The State Agency on Intellectual Property (AGEPI) participated on April 29, this year, in the “Exporter’s Academy” Training Program, organized by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Moldova (CCI of the Republic of Moldova), during the period April 10-30, 2024.

The basic objective of the training program is to provide participants with new knowledge, necessary to develop a successful export-oriented business, by enhancing the theoretical and practical skills of personnel involved in marketing and export activities. Participants include owners, directors and commercial managers responsible for export activities in various sectors of the national economy.

During the event of April 29, Andrei Moisei, principal consultant in the Communication and Training Division, presented a communication on “Important Aspects on the Protection and Enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights”, giving participants a valuable perspective on this important field.

The Exporter’s Academy comprises a series of thematic trainings, covering topics such as international marketing, export regulations and customs procedures, drafting and negotiating export contracts, as well as access to export finance sources.

These seminars are available both online and in physical format at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Moldova. The course has a total duration of 40 academic hours, providing participants with a comprehensive opportunity to improve their skills and knowledge in the export field.
