The World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) invites the representatives of the judicial system from the Republic of Moldova to participate in the 2023 Intellectual Property Judges Forum. The event will take place on November 15-16, 2023, in a hybrid format (in person at the WIPO headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland, and online via the Zoom platform).

The purpose of the Intellectual Property Judges Forum is to respond to the request of Member States to create a dialogue between judges, given that national and regional courts are increasingly faced with new questions in intellectual property cases. The forum provides a platform for the exchange of information and practices on common issues facing the judiciary. In 2022, the event brought together 381 judges from 99 countries and three regional courts.

In order to encourage ongoing and open dialogue between judicial bodies, participation in the forum is open only to members of the judiciary and members of appeal bodies dealing with intellectual property disputes.
