Representatives of institutions and public authorities with duties in the field of protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights, judges and prosecutors from the Republic of Moldova are invited to participate in an online Regional Webinar on the Calculation of Damages for IP Infringements (IPR).

The event will take place on February 28 and is organized by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in cooperation with the Hungarian Intellectual Property Office (HIPO).

The regional webinar aims to consolidate knowledge and achieve an exchange of experiences and best practices in the field of enforcement of intellectual property rights.

During the event, established specialists in the field will provide information on international and European standards and present best practices regarding IPR enforcement, as well as aspects of probation and loss calculation.
