In the period 12-14 October 2015 in Poland will be held one of the biggest in Europe international events related to innovation and inventiveness - International Warsaw Invention Show - IWIS 2015.

The event is organized by the Association of Polish Inventors and Rationalizers in cooperation with the National Patent Office and Warsaw University of Technology.

Its goal is to promote scientific achievements in various fields of science and technology, to familiarize the public with the latest inventions and innovative solutions by researchers and inventors from Poland and beyond, and to promote innovative thinking among the youth.

2014 edition gathered around 400 works by inventors from Europe, Asia, Africa and America, and many of the works presented have already been implemented.

The works will be presented in over 20 categories: from ecology and environmental protection by engineering, construction, electronics and textile and chemical industry to innovative medical solutions.

The Show Program includes roundtables and seminars on intellectual property rights and obtaining patents.

The deadline for submission of the requests for participation is 09.20. 2015.
