On 10 May this year, in Chisinau and 16 May in Soroca, European Union Delegation to the Republic of Moldova will organize a series of events dedicated to Europe Day. State Agency on Intellectual Property will be present, alongside of other public authorities and institutions from the Republic of Moldova, with the aim of disseminating information in the field of protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights.

Europe Day is a unique opportunity to promote European values, to show the cultural diversity of the EU and also to present information on the support provided by the EU for Republic of Moldova. Organizers invite people interested in European Village to learn together about the advantages of the Eastern Partnership, a partnership that brings Moldova in step with Europe.

Traditionally, the “European Village” will be the focus of celebrations, during which information will be presented on assistance projects already implemented, funded by the EU, and the Republic of Moldova, the EU Member States and candidate countries will be given the opportunity to share their culture, traditions and cuisine of the general public. In the same context, for a week will be organized various events such as concerts, competitions, seminars, project presentations.

Europe Day in the Republic of Moldova will be inaugurated in Chisinau, in the Great National Assembly Square (GNAS), on May 10 this year, starting at 13.00.
