DEAR FRIENDS,

I address you the warmest congratulations and wishes for health, peace and prosperity on the occasion of the 23rd Anniversary since the adoption of the Declaration of Independence of the Republic of Moldova.

Evaluating the 20 years of activity of AGEPI - in the context of joint efforts made by the citizens of the Republic of Moldova in affirming our state independence - I think we have every reason to assert: AGEPI currently participates actively, alongside of all state institutions, in the development and plenary affirmation of our country in the European and world space

Intellectual property system is very dynamic and is characterized by a remarkable capacity to evolve and adapt to new social and economic conditions. In accordance with its mission, AGEPI continues with the same tenacity in promoting intellectual property policies and making more effective the system of protection of intellectual property objects, to efficiently encourage technological progress, to stimulate creativity and contribute to the economic, social and cultural development of the Republic Moldova.

Moldovan citizens can today benefit from all the advantages offered by industrial property rights and to that it is also our common contribution.

Allow me to congratulate you, our current partners and those of tomorrow, on the occasion of this historic event, I wish you health, stability, personal and professional achievements of the first value!
