The Journal “Intellectus” is the only publication in the Republic of Moldova that multilaterally and competently reflects the intellectual property protection aspects: it elucidates the provisions of national and international legislation in the given field and reveals the procedures for acquiring intellectual property protection, the IP rights observance and enforcement and IP objects exploitation mechanism. The Journal deals with modern scientific and educational phenomena, their development, promotes valuable fundamental and applied research in the fields of science, economics, education and engineering, new technologies and scientific performance results for their innovative application, as well as scientific and methodological studies on the intellectual treasure of the Republic of Moldova.
The Journal “Intellectus” is a scientific publication with Open Access and provides open online access to the full text of articles, allows reusing and mixing (reading, downloading, copying, printing, distributing) its contents under the CC BY license.
Creative Commons Attribution License
The Creative Commons Attribution License (CC-BY) allows users to copy, distribute and transmit an article, adapt the article and make commercial and non-commercial use of the article, as long as the author is properly attributed. Authors grant the MSU a license to publish the article and identify itself as the original publisher. Authors also grant any third party the right to use the article freely as long as its original authors, citation details and publisher are identified.
Scientific articles are subject to double and blind review (details - HERE).
The Journal “Intellectus” does not charge fees for the submission, processing and publication of works and does not pay royaties to authors and reviewers.
The articles published in the Journal “Intellectus” are stored in the Electronic Scientific Library of the Information Society Development Institute (ISDI): National Bibliometric Instrument (NBI) and can be accessed at: https://ibn.idsi.md/ro/intellectus.
The Journal is distributed through the distribution network “Moldpresa” and the AGEPI library and is dispatched free of charge to a number of libraries, scientific and educational entities, organizations from the Republic of Moldova and abroad, with which cooperation agreements are concluded.
