On April 25, 2018, the State Agency on Intellectual Property (AGEPI) will host the twentieth edition of the Annual Intellectual Property Symposium “AGEPI Readings”.

The event aims to create a discussion and socialization platform that will allow the exchange of ideas and the identification of new perspectives for efficient and effective management of the biggest challenges in the field of intellectual property.

The event is intended both for specialists working in the field of intellectual property protection and representatives of institutions and organizations in the field of science and innovation, central public administration authorities with responsibilities in the field of enforcement of intellectual property rights, patent attorneys and counselors in industrial property, inventors, teachers, students, master students and doctoral students from the higher education institutions of the republic.

The Symposium will also be attended by representatives of the intellectual property offices from abroad, as well as representatives of the EU projects, to which AGEPI is a partner.

The Symposium will cover interactive discussions on a wide range of current issues in the field of intellectual property.

The event will include debates on the following themes:

• Legislative developments in the field of intellectual property;
• Respect for intellectual property rights;
• Use of intellectual property.

Thus, the State Agency on Intellectual Property invites interested persons to participate in the Annual Intellectual Property Symposium “AGEPI Readings”.

The registration of the participants, including the presentation of the themes for the communications, will be done by filling in the form, until 6 April this year.
