With a view to provide the process of cooperation with the non-governmental organizations and to realize the objectives of the Plan of Actions Republic of Moldova – European Union, compartment referred to the intellectual property rights, on November 16, 2007, in the AGEPI conference hall it will be held the round table “Harmonization of the legislation and European integration in the field of the intellectual property”.

In the frame of the round table there will be discussed the Law on amendment and completion of the Penal Code of the Republic of Moldova No. 110-XVI of 04.27. 2007. and of the draft of the law on amendment and completion of the Code on the administrative contraventions.
